Quotes

Here are some thoughts I have stumbled upon recently that have struck me...

"Computers are useless. They can only give you answers."
– Picasso

"A dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it."
– GK Chesterton

"He who seeks originality is apt to find novelty, but not permanence of delight. On the other hand, he who seeks to make designs that really work is most apt to come up with new designs of enduring value, almost as a by-product.”
– Frederick Brooks in “The Design of Design”

"Slide your hand,
jump off the end.
The water's clear and innocent."
- Radiohead "Codex"

ohhh yes, Picasso, the true beauty is not in the answers but in the process, in the way we get to the answers. Therefore, I beg to differ at this point because Picasso has not met MacBook... a thing of beauty. Just got one for graduation I'm loving.
